Setareh then sent a private investigator to nearby dry cleaners. According to the firm, that investigative step ultimately helped identify the driver.

Beverly West Law subsequently secured the available policy limits, along with compensation for the client’s damaged bicycle and other property, according to the firm’s account.

“The smallest detail can change the course of a case. Our job is to notice what others may have missed,” says Aaron Setareh.
