Castaways was born from a dream. While vacationing in Aruba, Sylvia Livingston casually said, “You know, this is kind of cool—one day we should have our own beach bar.” Just two months later, Michael flew to the Dominican Republic, met with realtors, and opened Castaways Bistro in July 2021.
